In 1964, born into a Christian Marthomite family, Pastor Johnson Chacko received Christ as his personal Saviour in a very young age. When he received a higher calling for the ministry, he submitted to God's will and completed his theological studies from Hebron Bible College, Kumbanad, Kerala. Further to this he later pursued M.Div from Union Biblical Seminary, Pune and M.Th from ACTS Academy of Higher Education, Banglore.

He ministered in various parts of North India including Varanasi (UP), Kharagpur (West Bengal), Delhi (Mayur Vihar and Green ParK) and also at IPC- PCK (Kuwait).

When Pastor Johnson Chacko took charge of IPC Dadar in 1995, the church which was a pure malayalam congregation has now turned into a multilingual congregation. He is a person who is always willing to travel that extra mile to reach the unreached. He considers all members on par with each other and zealous in working for the Lord.

His wife, Sis. Susan is a source of strength and support to his ministry. They are blessed with three children - Princy, Prince and Persis, who are a blessing to the church.
